What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, and details of the shipment you are asking about. If you attach documents such as a commercial invoice or packing list, those are collected as well. We also collect limited technical information generated by your visit, such as pages viewed, through standard server logs.
Enquiry & logs
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange the services you ask about. Shipment details and documents are used to plan the transport, prepare customs declarations, and communicate with carriers and customs authorities where necessary. Technical information is used to keep the website working and to understand which pages are useful.
In practice this means the details you send are read by the people who quote and move the shipment — not by a marketing list. If a route needs a customs broker or a carrier to see the goods description, that is the only reason the shipment detail leaves our office.

Legal basis for processing
We process enquiry data on the basis of your request for a quote or information, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where a shipment is arranged, processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between us. Where the law requires specific records, such as customs documentation, processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
